Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for driving growth and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Although not mandatory, having it is an asset.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Description: As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will manage purchase orders, job orders, and supplier relationships to support our operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing needs.
Manage the entire procurement process, including creating and processing purchase orders and job orders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement expenses.
Learn about steel products and specifications to understand the purchase requirements.
Qualifications:
