Job Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails efficiently.
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding and attendance tracking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Although not mandatory, having it is an asset.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Description: As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will manage purchase orders, job orders, and supplier relationships to support our operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's purchasing needs.
Manage the entire procurement process, including creating and processing purchase orders and job orders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing requirements and provide support.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement expenses.
Learn about steel products and specifications to understand the purchase requirements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Procurement / Purchase Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, purchase orders, and job orders.
